Sturdy Framing: Built with 28mm x 44mm rounded four-corner framing for added strength and stability throughout the structure.

Quality Roof and Floor: Fitted with fully boarded 12mm tongue and groove roof and floor panels for solid support and superior strength.

Heavy-Duty Roof Covering: Supplied with heavy-duty black mineral roofing felt, providing reliable protection from the elements.

Toughened Windows: Where included, windows are pre-fitted for convenience and made from 3mm toughened glass.

Secure Timber Door(s): Features a ledged and braced timber door, or doors where applicable, with heavy-duty black T-hinges, a turn button, and a lock and key for added security.

Assembly: Delivered in pre-assembled modular panels with clear instructions for straightforward self-assembly.

Delivery: Free delivery is available across mainland Scotland. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas. Please contact us for details.

Maintenance: Although our garden buildings arrive with a basecoat, all timber (inside and out) must be treated with a high-quality, water-resistant treatment before assembly and re-treated annually. Windows should also be sealed inside and out with a suitable watertight sealant.
