Delivery Information
Hamilton Shed Centre Ltd aims to deliver all timber buildings and sheds within 10 working days of an order being placed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer during busy periods, seasonal demand, adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will always aim to keep customers informed of any significant delays affecting their order.
Delivery Areas
We provide free delivery to most areas of the United Kingdom.
Certain postcode areas are excluded from our standard checkout process. Customers located within excluded postcode areas should contact Hamilton Shed Centre directly to discuss delivery options and obtain a delivery quotation.
If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your location, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access is available for delivery.
If access is restricted, unsafe, or unsuitable for the delivery vehicle, delivery may be delayed, refused, or require alternative arrangements.
Hamilton Shed Centre Ltd cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries where reasonable access is not available.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Customers should inspect all goods as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears incorrect, please contact Hamilton Shed Centre Ltd as soon as possible.
Any damage, shortages, or delivery issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Providing photographs and a description of the issue may help us investigate and resolve the matter more quickly.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact Hamilton Shed Centre Ltd immediately.
We will investigate the issue and work with our suppliers and delivery partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include replacement parts, replacement products, or other appropriate solutions.
Returns
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Hamilton Shed Centre before returning any goods.
Returns may only be accepted following prior agreement.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.
